All refunds are in accordance with the requirements of NSW and Australian consumer protection laws. Items that have been used in the water cannot be refunded except where required under consumer law.

If an item’s turns up and is not as described or requested please contact us immediately via email and retain all packaging in original condition.

Where customers request a return of any item it is at the discretion of us as to who pays return postage and any further postage for replacement items. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.



Any disputes will be resolved in the first instance at our discretion. We will comply with Australian consumer law. In the event customers are not happy with our decision they may go to the NSW dept of fair trading and raise the matter. We will negotiate in good faith with the dept of fair trading to resolve all matters in a fair manner.
